Are there per-transaction fees? No. Internal transfers, account management, and standard operations have no per-transaction costs. External payment network fees (SWIFT, SEPA, card networks) are passed through at cost.
Can I switch between SaaS and On-Premise? Yes. You can start with SaaS and migrate to on-premise (or vice versa) at any time. Our cloud migration service handles the transition with zero downtime.
What happens if I exceed my customer limit? You automatically move to the next tier. No service interruption, no penalty. You only pay the difference for the remaining billing period.
